Where do I find my payment reference?

  1. Open your email. Use the inbox for the email address you entered when paying.
  2. Find your payment receipt. Search for Paystack or Mimi Digitals. Look for the receipt for your ₦29,900 Business OS payment. Also check Spam/Junk and, if you use Gmail, Promotions.
  3. Open the receipt and find “Reference”. Look in the payment or transaction details. Your Paystack receipt may look different from the example below.
  4. Copy the entire reference. Include every letter, number and hyphen. Our website checkout references start with BOS-. Use your own receipt’s reference, not the example.
  5. Paste it below. Enter the same payment email, then click “Verify payment and open my downloads”.

Not your bank transfer reference: use the reference inside the Paystack email receipt, not a number from your banking app. Copy only the code, without the word “Reference” or any spaces.

Still cannot find the receipt?

Double-check the email you used at checkout and search all folders for Paystack. If you have just paid, allow a little time for the receipt to arrive and check again. If it is still missing, contact the seller through the official page where you found Business OS Nigeria, with your payment date, amount and checkout email. Do not pay again just to get access. Never share your card details, PIN or OTP.
